Where are my invoice details stored?
Editing, calculations and PDF generation happen in your browser. The current draft is saved in this browser’s local storage, so you can return to it on the same device. Invoice details are not uploaded to SkaiKit.
How are totals and VAT calculated?
Each item amount is quantity × unit price, rounded to two decimal places. The subtotal is the sum of item amounts. VAT is applied to that subtotal and rounded to two decimal places. The total is subtotal + VAT. Enter the rate that applies to your invoice.
Can I edit an invoice after downloading it?
The current draft remains editable in your browser. Make changes and download a new PDF. Start a new invoice to clear the draft while keeping your sender details and currency. Downloaded PDFs are standalone copies.
