Privacy and cookies

Your tool inputs

Images, QR content, generated passwords, timesheets, invoices, and calculator inputs are processed in your browser. SkaiKit does not upload these inputs to a processing server or store them in an account. Timesheets and the current invoice draft are saved in this browser’s local storage until you remove or replace them, or clear browser data; they do not sync between devices. Downloads are saved on your device. Third-party ads, when enabled, run on the same page; avoid entering information you do not want to share with browser extensions or third-party scripts.

Language preference

SKAIKIT_LOCALE stores your chosen language (en or ro) for one year. It is a preference cookie, not an advertising identifier. SkaiKit does not use Google Analytics.

Advertising

Third-party advertising is disabled on this version of the site. Local ad previews do not load advertising services or create advertising cookies.

When advertising is enabled, Google manages consent through its Privacy & messaging platform. Google and its partners process and retain advertising data under their own privacy policies. Tool inputs are not added to ad requests by SkaiKit.

Your choices

Where consent is required, you can accept, reject, or manage options in the Google consent message. SkaiKit requests personalised ads in European consent regions only after explicit consent for Google and the relevant purposes. Use Privacy and cookie settings in the footer to reopen the available consent message and change your choice. If the consent service is blocked or unavailable, manual ads stay disabled and tools remain usable. Google regional opt-out messages provide additional choices where applicable.

Site delivery

The hosting service receives the network information needed to deliver pages, such as IP address and request URL, and may keep operational or security logs. This is separate from browser-only tool processing.
